HR Administration
Responsibility of the department
HR Administration is responsible for the processes relating to the University's personnel and salary administration, and for handling questions from managers and employees.
What does the department do?
- Processing all personnel mutations and carry out administrative processes in the spheres of inflow, throughflow and outflow.
- Processing and paying salaries.
- Answering questions, tailored to the client's needs.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of work processes.
Teams
HR Administration Personnel consists of three teams:
- Inflow/Outflow team
- Personnel mutations team
- Salary Administration and financial working conditions team
Position within the University
HR Administration falls under ASSC and works closely together with the heads of HR and HR advisers within the faculties and units of the HRM department.
