Study Advice

Study Advisers's main task is to guide and advise students in their studies through email, (telephone) consultation hours and personal appointments. Depending on the question's nature, they give personal advice, refer students onward, or get in touch with colleagues at other parts of our university.

Main tasks

  • (complex) study planning and study approach
  • which subjects to choose, further education and graduation options
  • thesis problems
  • questions about internships, studying abroad
  • impending study delay
  • study and exam regulations
  • referrals to student psychologists, student counsellors, other support systems, etc.
  • information on all kinds of requests, exemptions, expanded exam time, study skills problems, etc.
