The Institute of Cultural Anthropology/Development Sociology is managed by the Institute Board. The Institute Board manages the workflow of the employees and stimulates the connection between education and research in the field of anthropology and sociology.

• The strategy of the institute;
• Managing the personnel and finances of the institute; 
• Distributing tasks to staff members; 
• Stimulating the cohesion of education and research in the field of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology.
