Institute Office
The mission of the Institute Office is to ensure optimal support for the administration, teaching, staff and students of the Institute of Psychology.
The duties of the Institute Office broadly consist of:

Responsible for organisational and personnel management at the Institute Office. Also responsible for policy development and the implementation of operational processes at the Institute of Psychology.

Supports administrative policy- and decision-making by the Institute Board and reviews implementation.

Performs secretarial, administrative, organisational and policy preparation tasks for the Institute Board. Organises, prepares and takes minutes of Institute Board meetings.

Performs secretarial and organisational tasks for the head of the Institute Office. Also taking care of office management and financial administration for the Psychology Institute Office.

Responsible for administration and correspondence related to all activities of the Board of Examiners. Processes student requests, answers colleagues’ questions, prepares committee meetings and assists in the handling of appeals.

Responsible for tasks related to the admission of students to the Psychology Bachelor’s, Pre-Master’s and Master's degree programmes and handling appeals regarding admissions.

Contributes to the optimal organisation of educational processes within the Master’s programme offered by the Institute of Psychology. Serves as the first point of contact for Master’s students and issues special declarations. Organises BAPD (Basic Registration Psychodiagnostics) certification and the entry exams.
Also performs tasks regarding the selection and placement of prospective first-year students.

Point of contact for incoming and outgoing Psychology exchange students. Also liaises with universities abroad and concludes contracts regarding exchange opportunities for students.

Organises and takes care of communication and information activities for the Institute of Psychology, with a focus on marketing the programmes, organising information meetings and attracting new students.

Organises communication and/or information activities for the Institute of Psychology. Contact person for prospective Psychology Bachelor’s students and involved in all the Institute’s information activities.
The student advisers are engaged in informing, advising and guiding students, regarding approach to study, study progress and way of studying, in order to promote good student progress and enable students to make informed choices within their own study programme.
