Human Resources

The Human Resources Department at Leiden Law School is staffed by the Head HRM and HRM advisors. They advise and support the Faculty Board and the management of the Institutes and staff departments at the faculty in relation to personnel matters, personnel policy, organisational development and personnel planning, employment conditions, job classification, dismissal procedures and regulations. In addition they are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the University HR policy and for developing supplementary HR policy at faculty level, coordinating job vacancies and monitoring processes in relation to long-term absence due to illness.   

PSSC

The Personeel Shared Service Centre (PSSC) manages the University’s personnel administration.  One of the facilities of the PSSC is the PSSC Service Point. Information about salary, employment conditions, leave and other personnel regulations is available on the Human Resources website or contact the PSSC Service Point if you have a question.

To pass on information concerning employment, notifications of sickness and recovery, Self Service and other HR forms you can use the HR Service Portal.
