Exam Support

Responsibilities of the department

Exam Support is the point of contact for all educational support staff, for questions and advice about exams from teaching staff, students, staff of the institute offices, and other (external) parties.

Mission

To ensure that all logistics related to exams are properly organised for both teaching staff and students.

Vision

The Exam Support Team aims to be a reliable partner that provides a service to staff and students, is easy to contact, and that actively contributes to solutions and innovations to ensure that all exams run smoothly.

What does the department do?

  • Helps lecturers and students at exam locations, except for the Old Observatory
  • Supports students who require extra facilities
  • Answers all questions about faculty logistical procedures for exams from lecturers and staff of the institute offices

Position within the faculty

In addition, Exam Support also works with third parties involved in faculty logistical procedures for exams such as UFB CPM, Jobmotion, and external exam locations.
