Committee Chair
Each committee has a chairperson selected by the University Council. The committee chair is responsible for compiling the committee’s advice to the University Council, determining the procedure to be followed for particular dossiers (this is something he/she will do in consultation with the chairperson and the clerk) and maintaining contact with students and staff. The committee chair will also act as a spokesperson on behalf of the council during discussions with the Executive Board.
