Student Information and Administration

The Student Information and Administration department assists students and staff with questions regarding enrollment, tuition fees, admission, and immigration. Within the department, various teams work together to provide (prospective) students with the best possible guidance throughout the process from application to enrollment. The Student Affairs Front Office is the primary contact point for (international) students and intermediaries for questions. The Student and Financial Administration ensures a smooth process for student enrollment and deregistration, as well as the financial handling of (tuition) fees and scholarships. Admissions Officers are responsible for processing all admission applications (bachelor’s and master’s) from incoming (international) students, while Immigration Officers focus on processes for non-EU students studying with a residence permit for study purposes.
