These additional complaint regulation covers complaints that do not fall under Leiden University's other more specific complaint regulations or bodies, namely:

• the Ombudsperson
• the Confidential Counsellor for Unacceptable Behaviour
• the Complaints Committee for Unacceptable Behaviour
• the Committee for Academic Integrity

Every faculty has its own complaints coordinator who is responsible for ensuring a correct handling of the complaint by the university. Complaints may only be submitted by email from a uMail account.

It is not possible to judicially contest the decision concerning how a complaint is handled.
