Graduate School of Legal Studies

The Graduate School of Legal Studies takes care of the training of PhD candidates at Leiden Law School. The Graduate School organises, administers, and coordinates all ongoing processes and procedures surrounding PhD studies, for PhD candidates and supervisors.

The PhD Deans oversee the research progress of individual PhD candidates and provide them with advice when requested or on their own initiative.

The Graduate School is the contact point for all questions related to the PhD programme and doctoral studies.

The Pre-PhD Programme is embedded in the Graduate School.
